Create a modern, standalone preschool website that clearly serves two audiences; prospective families and enrolled parents, while improving communication, organization, and ease of access to important information.

Worked closely with the preschool administration to understand day-to-day challenges, communication gaps, and long-term goals. Designed a custom WordPress solution that separates public-facing content from a secure Parent Portal, ensuring each audience sees only what's relevant to them. The layout, navigation and content structure were intentionally designed to be intuitive for busy parents and simple for staff to manage.

Results

Delivered a playful, welcoming website paired with a secure, role-based parent portal tailored to existing families. Parents now have centralized access to documents, announcements, and class-specific information, reducing email clutter and administrative overhead. The result is a more organized digital experience that strengthens trust, improves communication, and scales with the school's growth.
